Scriptwriter Lead
Own the script from idea to final dialogue. You'll edit and give the final sign-off at every stage, build out the writers' room, and set the standard for stories that travel — IP adapted into series that hold an audience.
Your mission
- Edit and final-approve scripts across the whole arc — concept, structure, beats and dialogue.
- Recruit, onboard and grow new scriptwriters, and pass on the studio's craft and standards.
- Find and bake in what makes a story land — the patterns behind virality and organic reach.
- Keep the room moving at pace while deepening its expertise.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years writing for vertical series, short drama or organic video.
- Deep command of dramaturgy and how a story is built.
- Hands-on with editing, and how a script becomes the finished cut.
- AI-first by default — Claude and other models are daily tools, not occasional experiments.
- Self-directed, adaptable and comfortable owning the outcome.
- Engine
AI Video Creator
Make finished, long-form video with the Engine and the wider AI toolkit — stills, motion and sound. You'll hold a consistent creative vision from first beat to last, and push how fast we can produce without giving up the craft.
Your mission
- Create long-form video end to end using AI tools — image, video and audio.
- Hold the creative vision so the final cut stays coherent across a whole sequence.
- Research new tools and techniques, then fold the ones that work into the pipeline.
- Speed up production without losing quality — and, where it fits, take it through post: edit, sound design and effects.
What you'll bring
- Experience generating video, stills and audio with AI tools.
- A background in a creative or design discipline.
- Solid grasp of editing rhythm and shot composition.
- Strong prompt-engineering instincts.
- Bonus: traditional production (film, series, shows), story sense, or AI content for short drama, TikTok or YouTube.
