(“Hua Hwa,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who we are
Hua Hwa is a studio brand of PxP Interactive Inc. We turn stories into film and series, and we build the production tooling — including the Engine — used to create them.
Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Services
The Services include this website and any features offered through it, such as waitlists, contact forms and information about our slate, the Engine and Studio Pro. Some features are previews or are offered on an early-access basis and may change, pause or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access them in an unauthorized way, interfering with their normal operation, scraping or harvesting data, infringing anyone’s rights, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Services, including the Hua Hwa name, logos, text, graphics, video and software, are owned by PxP Interactive Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Submissions and feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to operate and improve the Services, without obligation to you. Please don’t send confidential information through the website unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
